Seed Cards are available in packs of 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 and 1000 cards for online purchase. Please contact us for larger commercial quantities of cards for transactional activations. Card size is 70mm x 70mm.

Farmbright and Grow the Future campaign disclaimer

Nature of Contributions: Contributions made to Farmbright are purely as a gift and are not investments or loans. These contributions are not tax-deductible and Farmbright is not registered as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) in Australia.

Use of Funds: Funds raised will be used to develop Farmbright including all operations costs and our Alpha M1 farm and model in Australia which includes the securing of a zoned development parcel for farming, the purchase of our Moringa Olifiera seeds, the planting of these seeds including ongoing care and maintenance of the crop, the development of an onsite office and engineering laboratory for research and development.

Non-Commercialisation Clause: While Farmbright is committed to using the funds for the stated purposes, there exists the possibility of non-commercialisation due to various factors including, but not limited to, insufficient funds raised through the campaign or unforeseen market conditions that change. In such scenarios, Farmbright reserves the right to redirect the funds to other areas of research and development within Farmbright that align with our vision and mission.

No Refunds: By funding seeds to plant trees, contributors acknowledge that any funds provided are considered gifts to support our vision and mission. All contributions and gifts are final and non-refundable.

Risk Acknowledgement: Contributors acknowledge that Farmbright is in its early stages, and like any startup, carries inherent risks. Contributors understand that their contributions are made in the context of these risks.

Transparency and Updates: Farmbright is committed to transparency and accountability in our business. We will be providing updates to all contributors by email and through our website on our progress as we develop our Alpha M1 farm and as our impact starts to be realised across our key areas of impact. However, Farmbright does not guarantee the completion of any specific phase or the project as a whole.

By contributing to Farmbright's Grow the Future campaign, contributors acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this disclaimer. Any funds gifted to Farmbright through our campaign are made at the contributor's own risk and discretion.
